You can book our artists and DJ’s via this service
Alpha-beat
artists and DJ’s have played at many private parties, top clubs, gigs
and many other events and locations.

Make a booking
First Step in making a booking is to contact us at matt.evans@alpha-beat.com
or on telephone no. 020 7736 2881 or 07976 604808 with the following information:
Date of your event
Location of the event
Start time for the DJ
End time for the DJ
Type of music/mood you are after
Your contact details

Next?
We will then contact you to discuss your booking.
The
DJ’s/Musicians
We can deliver whatever your event requires. To discuss your options please
call Matt on 0207 7736 2881 or 07976 604808.
Equipment
The DJ equipment we leave up to you. Equipment, other than music and headphones,
is to be provided by the client. Please feel welcome to talk to us if you
need advice. We can also direct you to suppliers if you would like us to.
We will provide accompanying instruments.
Standard
Rates
£17.50 an hour, £20 an hour after midnight. Please note that there
is a minimum payment of £70. Full payment is due at the event.
Timings
Please indicate the time you would like the DJ to start playing from and what
time you wish them to end. You will be charged accordingly. The DJ will plan
to be with you 15 minutes before the requested start time. If you wish them
to be earlier please note that you will be charged for this.
Over-time
A £17.50 fee will be implemented for each additional 30 minutes that
exceeds the predetermined ending of the event. After midnight this fee is
£20 for each additional 30 minutes.
Liability
For the duration of our services, the client will be liable for the behaviour
of all involved and therefore is responsible for actions resulting in damage
to alpha-beat equipment or other property.
